Scary Door IT offers I.T. support including the manufacture, upgrading of new and existing computer systems, and network solutions from network storage to Samba Active Directory.
I have the ability to contract to a variety of clients and will offer prompt one-on-one support and will tailor the solutions to their requirements. My goal is to provide a fast response time with no longer than 24 hours. In many circumstances, once the client relationship has been established, services and maintenance can be done remotely, allowing work to be completed outside the clients hours of work when systems are not being used.
As my hours are flexible, I have the ability to work around customer needs – including weekends and public holidays as needed.
